Susanna Romantsova is Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Leader in IKEA Poland. She has been supporting a company taking big steps in equality and inclusion, delivering gender equal pay for work of equal value, working towards gender balance in all levels and functions, initiating extra Paternal Leave IKEA benefit as one of the first companies in the region.
Prior to joining IKEA she was running a consultancy in D&I and cross-cultural communication for international corporate clients and non-profit organizations. Susanna holds two Masters’ degrees, one in psychology and other one in business management.
