Div Pillay is the CEO of MindTribes (a cultural inclusion business performance consultancy); is the Co-Founder of social enterprise, Culturally Diverse Women & Workforces; is the National Chair of D&I committees for the American Chamber of Commerce, is a Board Director at STREAT (youth homelessness) and is a Plan International Ambassador, giving 10% of MindTribes revenue to empowering girls. Div is named as one of the 100 Women of Influence by the AFR & Qantas, 2018-2019 and is a State Judge for the Telstra Business Women’s Awards, 2020. She is also the recipient of the prestigious Monash University, Alumni Excellence Award, 2019 in recognition of her impact in the diversity and inclusion space.

MindTribes is award winning in Australia - a testament to Div’s leadership: Telstra Business Award Finalists, 2016; Westpac Business of Tomorrow Winner, 2018; TechDiversity Award Finalist, 2019. Div is trained in behavioural psychology and economics, and holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management. She is also an accredited executive leader coach (ICF) and has been facilitating and speaking for over 20 years. She is based in Melbourne, Australia but works globally across the East and West.
