The Covid-19 pandemic changed the way we perceive the world. The crisis impacted not only financial stability and global health systems but also the underrepresented, marginalized groups. There are increasing reports that some of these groups are being hit harder than others by the pandemic. Systematic inequalities in a workplace are likely to deepen during the pandemic period, yet the crisis shed light onto new opportunities that can help overcome inequality barriers in the future.
