Rina is a gender parity advocate and an inclusive behaviours specialist. She runs her own diversity and inclusion consultancy called Voice At The Table and trains D&I professionals on Diversity-related knowledge at the Big Fish Academy alongside Inge Woudstra. Rina's background is in law, a career spanning nearly 20 years where she learned first-hand about the challenges of being a professional woman in organisations built by men for men. Rina is eager to help organisations evolve their culture to appeal to men and women and tap into the diversity of all their people.
