Inclusion & Diversity Partner at IBM Australia/New Zealand
Keri is an Organisational Psychologist who spent many years working in senior consulting and organisational development roles before stumbling across her first dream role in diversity & inclusion. She spent the next 10 years working exclusively in this field, joining IBM as the Inclusion & Diversity Partner for Australia and New Zealand in 2018.
Keri recently led IBM Australia to achieve Gold level status on the Australian Workplace Equality Index (AWEI) for LGBTQ+ inclusion and in 2019 IBM won first place on the Australian Network on Disability ‘Access & Inclusion Index’. She is regularly interviewed for diversity articles by the Australia media and speaks on a range of diversity topics at conferences and events in both Australia and New Zealand. She recently featured on radio show ‘Transgender Point of View’ for JoyFM in Melbourne.
Keri goal is to help IBM recognise and celebrate diversity in all it’s forms so that all people are welcomed, included, valued and respected because of who they are.
