Julie Hall is Founder and CEO of Communitas Global, a Purpose and Values-oriented management consultancy whose mission is to help exceptional leaders turn Purpose and Values into transformational impact and competitive advantage. Intensely interested in the human experience and its intersection with sustained management change, she guides individuals and organizations through transitions by excavating, operationalizing and communicating their values. She developed Communitas Global's Return on Responsibility™ model to help measure how human-focused efforts, like diversity and inclusion, can impact a more important bottom line. A career marketer, she spent over 25 years working in advertising and public relations at global agencies with multinational brands including McDonald's, Coca Cola, Nestle and Proctor & Gamble.
Her book, The New Launch Plan: 152 Tips, Tactics and Trends from the Most Memorable New Product Launches (BNP Media 2010) is used in business schools around the globe as a roadmap for how to prepare for and execute a successful new product launch. She has been published in the Harvard Business Review and is a frequent contributor to business publications and journals. As a dynamic and engaging speaker and facilitator, she is often asked to speak on the topics of leadership, purpose, values and their crucial role in transformative change. She has presented at many corporations and universities including MIT, Harvard Business School and Brown University.
