Susanne Kruger

Susanne Kruger is the founder and owner of SUKAVANA, a Training and Coaching business. As an Interculturalist with over 20 years experience in international business and 10 years in training & development, she works closely with executives at Fortune500 companies to develop globally-minded leaders. She further assists organisations to establish, refine and optimise their D&I programs creating inclusive company cultures based on awareness, respect, trust and collaboration.

Her motto is "challenge the status quo & see more opportunities". She is recognised for her solution oriented and holistic approach; focusing on self-awareness as a stepping-stone to personal and leadership development. The programs equip clients with the knowledge, tools and skills to embrace diversity, hence foster inclusion, and flourish during times of change and transition.

Susanne spent most of her life working and studying across the globe. Educated in Berlin, London, Melbourne, and Cape Town, she received an Honours degree in Business & Cultural Studies, certification in Executive Coaching, Emotional and Cultural Intelligence, is a Global DISC practitioner and currently undergoing a certification as a PQ (Positive Intelligence) Coach.

Prior to establishing her own business, Susanne worked for several MNCs across industries (hospitality, financial, automotive) successfully managing cross-cultural projects and teams. Her experiences of overcoming cultural challenges since her teens and her wealth of knowledge provide the foundation for her practice. Susanne thrives to assist others to be effective in unfamiliar environments, reconcile opposite values and beliefs and leverage diversity to its full potential.

Her passion for travelling, photography, and sense for adventure led her to explore 50+ countries.
