Inge Woudstra

Inge is a leading Diversity & Inclusion trainer and CEO of The Big Fish Academy. She is the author of, ‘Be Gender Smart – The key to Career Success for Women’.

Inge works with organisations in Tech & Engineering to help them recruit and advance diverse talent, and has built up an impressive amount of expertise on diversity and inclusion over the past 10 years. Her focus area is gender diversity.

In her work she brings in her experience in culture change, executive education and project management from working as an employee in Siemens, Shell and Ashridge Business School. Participants value her ability to bring clarity, challenge and focus on actionable results with a sharp eye on the bottom line.

Inge is based in the UK and has worked with clients including: EDF Energy, Navigant, TalkTalk, Edwards Lifesciences, Taylor Hopkinson, WISE, Royal Academy of Engineering, PDO Oman, Total, Ashurst, Lombard Odier, OECD, the NHS and a range of small and medium sized businesses in engineering and tech. Qualifications include: MSc in Business Management, Engineering, Member of the Chartered Institute of People Development (CIPD) and the British Psychological Society (BPS).
