Ellen (she/her/hers) is another one of those Third Culture Kids -- TCKs -- children who grew up on the move, no real roots and yet a citizen of everywhere. As a result? She's highly adaptable, culturally sensitive and used to diverse environments.
Initially Ellen's career involved consulting for some of the UK's largest financial institutions: HSBC, Lloyds, RBS. She's now an Equity Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) consultant, spending her time on anything from reverse mentoring, to process audits, to ethnicity data advisory.
The core values that guide her work? Collaboration, compassion, and integrity.
