Anoushka is an experienced CEO, entrepreneur, International speaker and specialises in Future of Work, Cultural Intelligence and Inclusive leadership.

She is the CEO of the Australia India Chamber of Commerce, a business to business and business to Government organisation focused on the bilateral economic relations between Australia and India. The Chamber was set up under Anoushka’s leadership and has developed extensive Government, Industry and Academia collaboration within 12 months.

She is the founder of GlobalCQ, an award- winning organisation that helps employers to recognise and realise the potential of the multicultural economy and a marketplace that connects them to diverse talent.

Anoushka is a Director on the Board of Anglo-African Investments, a fin-tech group of companies. She heads TiE Women Melbourne, a women entrepreneurship initiative of TiE Global.

Anoushka is the former CEO of The Duke of Edinburgh's Award Australia-Vic, the world’s leading youth leadership award, preceded by more than 10 years heading finance and client relationship for an International French Law firm in China.

A connector of people, culture and opportunity, Anoushka has worked across Asia, Africa, Europe and Australia in the last 20 years with global brands like Mondelez, l’Oreal and UNESCO.

Anoushka is working on her new book on Cultural Intelligence and Leadership in this new Era.

Anoushka is a trained Economist, a finance professional in the legal industry, holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and is an Associate Certified Coach of the International Coach Federation.
