Transgender Inclusion Into an Unfriendly Corporate World

The rise of LGBTQI+ visibility and awareness in society is fueling the call to make workplaces more inclusive and welcoming of transgender employees. Transgender workers face misunderstandings and discriminatory workplaces that result in complete disengagment or, even worse, loss of talent. In many cases, it is the company's responsibility to ensure that all employees feel not only safe and equal but also fully engaged in all aspects of work.
